Diliman, Quezon City – The DOST ISU Smart City Technology Business Incubator (DISC TBI), a pioneering hub for technology innovation and entrepreneurship, is embarking on a transformative journey with some of the brightest minds in the field. The DISC TBI team, led by ISU University President Dr. Ricmar Aquino, and key members including Dr. Betchie Aguinaldo (Project Lead), and Dr. Arnel Fajardo (TBI Manager), met with Dr. Luis Sison, Director of the University of the Philippines Diliman UPSCALE Innovation Hub, and Ms. Meggy Caparas, UPSCALE Enterprise Lead.

The purpose of this rendezvous was a knowledge-sharing session, aimed at fostering mentorship and collaboration. DISC TBI’s aspiration is to invigorate the startup economy within the Cagayan Valley Region, promoting technopreneurship and stimulating employment growth in the area.
